Pacific Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company (Pacific) was established under Resolution No. 4195 / NQ-DKVN dated December 14, 2007. The company was set up to be the owner of 03 Aframax crude oil vessels of 105,000 DWT of Vinashin, which will handle the crude oil business for domestic refineries and operate in international transportation market.
The company officially came into operation in accordance with Business Registration Certificate No. 4103009251 issued by Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City for the first time on January 28, 2008, with initial charter capital of VND1,200 billion; Registration for the third time on 13 Oct. 2011 is granted with the registration certificate of Joint Stock Company, Registration Certificate No 0305475110 with charter capital is 942.750.280.000 VND. To date, the company has registered for the seventh amendment on 31 Aug. 2016 and still use this business registration numbers until now.
